25th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 9 November 2021, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents and the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council.

The decision proposals were presented by representative of the High Judicial Council Snezana Bjelogrlic and after a debate the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept them.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Daniel Gyivanovity, Vesna Krisanov, Toma Fila, Velibor Milojicic, Nenad Krstic, Marijan Risticevic, Nenad Baros, Djordje Dabic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Nebojsa Pavlovic and Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic.
