25th Sitting of the Culture and Information Committee

At the sitting held on 14 September 2021, the members of the Culture and Information Committee considered the Bill on the Use of the Serbian Language in Public Life and the Protection and Preservation of the Cyrillic Alphabet, submitted by the Government, in detail.


The MPs, members of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians Parliamentary Group, had submitted three amendments to the Bill, which the representatives of the Government and Committee members proposed the National Assembly should accept.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Sandra Bozic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Vuk Mircetic, Rozalia Okresz, Samira Cosovic, Prof. Dr Marko Atlagic, Lav-Grigorije Pajkic, Milica Obradovic, Aleksandar Cotric, Milos Terzic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Ljubomir Maric and Ivana Paunovic.
