The chairman of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination, Dr Vladan Batic, convened the fourth session of the Sub-committee for 2 p.m. on Tuesday 27 May 2003. The following agenda was proposed for the session:
1. Agreement on the Sub-committee’s manner of work;
2. Discussion of the preamble to the constitution;
3. Miscellaneous.
