Assembly Speaker Djukic-Dejanovic Talks to US Ambassador
Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the newly-appointed Ambassador of the United States of America H.
Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the
Ambassador Warlick congratulated Assembly Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic on the exceptional legislative results achieved during the current term of office. Warlick wanted to know about the National Assembly’s priorities this year, as well as the current issues that would discussed in the Serbian parliamentary sessions. She emphasised that during her term of office she would concentrate her efforts on furthering the relations between the two countries.
Djukic-Dejanovic expressed a wish to establish an adequate level of parliamentary cooperation, which Warlick agreed with and promised to work towards.
