Eighth Sitting of the Youth and Sports Committee
The Youth and Sports Committee held its eighth sitting on 14 April 2009. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Milan Vuckovic, and attended by State Secretary of Sports and member of the UB 2009 Executive Committee Slavisa Zlatanovic, Head of the Sports Department at the Ministry of Youth and Sport Nebojsa Ilic and Financial Director of Company UB 2009 Ljiljana Djokic.

The representatives of the Ministry of Youth and Sport, UB 2009 Organising Committee and Company UB 2009 submitted a Report to the Committee members on funds spent (in 2007 and 2008) for the organisation of the summer Universiade in
The preparations for UB 2009 are going according to plan and so far more than 80% of the work has been completed. The Committee members and representatives of the organisers agreed that, until the beginning of the Universiade, they should submit a monthly Report on the realisation of the UB 2009 plan to the Committee.
