National Assembly Speaker Receives Newly-Appointed Ukrainian Ambassador
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the newly-appointed Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia, Viktor Nedopas.

Ambassador Nedopas stressed that cooperation between Ukraine-Serbia friendship groups, as well as parliamentary committees was a good way of sharing experiences necessary for the reform process aimed at the common goal of a speedy integration into the European Union.
The National Assembly Speaker expressed her belief that parliamentary cooperation would continue in the future, adding the need to raise it to a higher level. Djukic-Dejanovic agreed with the Ambassador in the estimate that legislative activity i.e. harmonising national legislation with European legislation was a common goal and that both sides desired the cooperation between the two parliaments.
