Ninth Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting that started on 23 February 2023, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of Candidates for Anti-Corruption Agency Director, submitted by Minister of Justice Maja Popovic.

Following the presentation of Assistant Minister of Justice Vladimir Vins, the Committee noted that the candidate proposal was submitted by the authorised proposer and proposed that the National Assembly adopt the Decision on the Election of Anti-Corruption Agency Director.

The Committee went on to ascertain the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of judge of the Constitutional Court and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dijana Radovic, Svetozar Vujacic, Bratimir Vasiljevic, Dubravka Kralj, Milica Nikolic, Danijela Nestorovic, Djordje Komlenski, Jelena Milosevic, Zsombor Ujvari, Andrijana Vasic, Jovan Palalic and Miodrag Gavrilovic
