Second Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 17 October 2022, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, submitted by 148 MPs.

The Bill was presented by MP Milenko Jovanov as representative of the submitters.

The Committee ruled by majority vote to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, submitted by 148 MPs.

In the course of the sitting the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly dismiss Goran Cimburovic, President of the Basic Court in Becej, because of a severe disciplinary offense in the discharge of function as Court President and disciplinary offense of violating the provisions of the Ethical Code.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vladan Zagradjanin, Vladimir Gajic, Svetozar Vujacic, Prof. Dr Jelena Jerinic, Danijela Nestorovic, Djordje Komlenski, Marijan Risticevic, Dragan Jovanovic, Dr Balint Pasztor, Andrijana Vasic, Dijana Radovic, Jelena Milosevic and Miodrag Gavrilovic.
