Second Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 13 May 2024 and convened by National Assembly Speaker Ana Brnabic, as stipulated in Article 71, paragraph 3, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Security Services Control Committee elected the Committee Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.

Pending the election of Committee Chairperson, pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the sitting was chaired by the oldest Committee member, Milovan Drecun, of the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop Parliamentary Group.

By majority vote, the Committee members elected Milovan Drecun, of the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop Parliamentary Group, Committee Chairman, while Darko Jovanovic of the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop Parliamentary Group, was elected Committee Deputy Chairman.

The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Milovan Drecun, Radoslav Milojicic, Darko Jovanovic, Goran Spasojevic, Milica Nikolic, Goran Rakic, Milos Gnjidic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Marija Jevdjic, Dragan M. Markovic, Aleksandar Pavic, Branko Pavlovic, Djordjo Djordjic, Slavica Radovanovic, Stefan Janjic and Bogdan Radovanovic.
