Seventh Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting that started on 27 January 2023, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the following bills submitted by the Government, in principle:

  1. Bill on Judges;
  2. Bill on Organisation of Courts;
  3. Bill on Public Prosecution;
  4. Bill on High Judicial Council;
  5. Bill on High Prosecutorial Council;
  6. Bill amending the Law on the Constitutional Court;
  7. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities Combating High Technology Crime;
  8. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings;
  9. Bill amending the Law on Organisation and Competence of State Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, Terrorism and Corruption;
  10. Bill amending the Law on the Design and Use of the Coat-of-Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia;
  11. Bill amending the Law on Publishing Laws and Other Regulations and Acts.
The bills were presented on behalf of the submitter by Assistant Minister of Justice Vladimir Vins

The Committee adopted all the bills by majority vote.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vladimir Djukanovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dijana Radovic, Svetozar Vujacic, Milica Nikolic, Prof. Dr Jelena Jerinic, Danijela Nestorovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zsombor Ujvari, Andrijana Vasic, Jovan Palalic, Miodrag Gavrilovic and Dejan Sulkic.
