Fifth Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
At its fifth sitting, the Environmental Protection Committee appointed Committee member Milica Vojic-Markovic to participate in the work of the Preparatory Conference of the Parliamentary Process for the Fifth World Water Forum “Parliaments for Water”, to be held on 6 November in Strasbourg.

Second Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
At the second sitting held on 1 October, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee discussed the Proposal of the Committee’s work plan, the Committee members’ participation in the conversation with the delegation of the Czech parliament’s Environmental Protection Committee and the Committee members’ participation in the International Conference on the Pan-European oil pipeline.

First Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
The Environmental Protection Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia held its first sitting on 16 September 2008, convened, under article 26 of the National Assembly’s Rules of Procedure, by the Speaker of the National Assembly Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic. Until the election of chairman, the sitting was chaired by the oldest Committee member, deputy Milan Dimitrijevic.
