Ninth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2003
The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, convened the Ninth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2003 for 12 noon on Tuesday 17 June 2003.The following agenda was put forward in the request made by the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the holding of the sitting:1. Motion for the election of a member of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;2. Bill Modifying the Act on the Organisation of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;3. Bill Amending the Penal Code of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;4. Bill on the Prevention of Violence and Improper Behaviour at Sports Events, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;5. Bill on the Organisation and Competencies of State Bodies in Proceedings against Perpetrators of War Crimes, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;6. Bill on the Action Plan for the Harmonisation of Economic Systems of Member States of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro Designed to Prevent and Dismantle Obstacles to the Free Movement of People, Goods, Services and Capital, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
