At the beginning of the fourth sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy, held on 20 November, Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic expressed condolences on the death of His Holiness Patriarch Irinej on behalf of the National Assembly and his own behalf, followed by a minute of silence.

Third Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the third sitting, held on 17 November, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy reviewed the Ministry of Economy Activity Information for the period July-September 2020 and the Ministry of Economy Report on the privatisation process for August and September 2020.
Congratulating the newly-elected Minister of Economy and wishing her success in her endeavours, Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic said that he had convened the sitting to analyse the reports on the agenda and see what are the results of the state’s serious investments into the economy in the previous period and its preservation once the pandemics is over.

At the sitting held on 9 November 2020, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2020 Budget Bill, Section 21 – Ministry of Economy, Section 28 – Ministry of Mining and Energy and Section 32 – Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, submitted by the Government.
