50th Meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee
The Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Novi Sad, hosted the 50th meeting of the Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), opened by MA Igor Becic, Head of the National Assembly standing delegation to PABSEC.

Full Support to Development of Cooperation between Serbia and Croatia and Serbia’s EU Accession

Delegation of German Federal State of Baden-Württemberg and MPs Discuss Sustainable Development and Energy Efficiency
The Chairperson and the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy and the members of the Serbian Parliamentary Energy Policy Forum met today at the National Assembly with a delegation of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy of the German Federal State of Baden-Württemberg to discuss the ongoing environmental and energy efficiency cooperation launched in 2015.

Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality Committee Chairman Denounces New Instance of Violence against Women
I commend the swift reaction of the police and court in the most recent reported instance of violence against women perpetrated against Natasa Bekvalac, who issued an emergency restraining order i.e. extended the restraining order. I hope that the authorities will carry out the law in very much the same manner in other cases of domestic violence and that all victims will be treated equally be they a homemaker, head of a company, member of parliament or a recording artist, or the perpetrator a football player, actor or politician.
