Ninth Sitting of the European Integration Committee

European Integration Committee Delegation Takes Part in COSAC Meeting in Rome
As part of the parliamentary dimension of Italy’s Presidency of the European Union, on 17 and 18 July 2014 Rome hosted the meeting of the chairpersons of parliamentary committees for union affairs of EU member states – COSAC. The meeting was attended by the chairpersons and members of parliamentary committees for union affairs of EU member states, and, as observers, by the chairpersons and members of the European integration Committees of candidate states.

European Integration Committee Chairman Talks to Head of EU Delegation to Serbia
The Chairman of the European Integration Committee Aleksandar Senic met with the Head of the European Union Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport. The topic of the meeting was the European Union’s help in the rehabilitation of the damages caused by the floods in the Republic of Serbia.

Roundtable on Cooperation between National Assembly and Independent State Bodies, Organisations and Agencies
On 15 July 2014, the National Assembly hosted a roundtable titled “Findings, conclusions and recommendations for the improvement of the communication flow, review of reports, procedures and best practice of cooperation between the National Assembly and independent state bodies, organisations and agencies” as part of Twinning project component 4 – improvement of the National Assembly’s oversight function and cooperation with the Government and independent state bodies.

Sixth Sitting of the European Integration Committee
