Fifty-Second Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 3 December, the Administrative Committee members considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Dragan Vujadinovic and adopted the proposal that the Administrative Committee submit a report to the National Assembly establishing the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Dragan Vujadinovic.

Fiftieth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 26 November, the Administrative Committee adopted the decision on fining a deputy expelled from the sitting for violating order at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The National Assembly Secretary, Veljko Odalovic informed the Committee that in the continuation of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, on 26 November, Gordana Pop-Lazic, deputy of the Serbian Radical Party, was pronounced a measure for keeping order at a sitting.

At the sitting on 24 June, the Administrative Committee considered the request of the National Assembly Secretary for its opinion on the implementation of the provisions of the Law on temporary pay, fee and other income reduction in public administration and the public sector and the requests of the State Audit Institution to determine the salary, right to reimbursement of accommodation costs and the right to monthly separate living allowance for Danka Aksentijevic, member of the State Audit Institution.

Forty-Fourth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 23 April, the Administrative Committee discussed the Report on the National Assembly’s expenses for the period January-March 2009. Presenting the analysis of the National Assembly’s expenses in the first three months of the year, National Assembly Secretary Veljko Odalovic stated that from January to March the parliament had spent 21% of this year’s intended funds.
