At the sitting held on 30 September, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed, in principle, the Bill modifying the Law on Public Property, Bill amending and modifying the Customs Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investment Funds, Bill modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Second Serbian Healthcare Development Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters, submitted by the Government.
