    25th session of the Finance Committee

    At the Committee’s session held on 31 January 2005, members of the Committee endorsed the Financial Report of the Securities and Exchange Commission for 2003, with its associated Annual Financial Statement and the Authorised Auditor’s Report, as well as the Financial Plan of the Securities and Exchange Commission for 2004.The chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Milko Stimac, presented the Financial Plan of the Commission for 2005, which the Finance Committee endorsed.

    At the session of the Board of Inquiry Charged with Ascertaining Facts and Legality of Actions of Appropriate Public Authorities in the Procedure of Privatisation of the Arandjelovac-based Company Knjaz Milos, held on 28 January, depositions were given by the Minister of Economy in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Bubalo, secretary of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Olivera Savovic, and the head of the Financial Institutions Inspection Department at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ljubinka Vucetic.
